Fantastic experience with Joshua. He built me a great system for my music & audio production studio which was delivered very quickly. He talked me through all the options as we discussed my requirements explaining terms and terminology I didn't understand, gave me good recommendations and confidence in his ability to understand my needs and build a system to suit. The personal experience is so much better than any experience I've previously had with the big companies, he listens to what you need and it felt like he had my best interests in mind rather than just trying to get the most money out of me. Would definately use again and recommend.

Had an almost dead iMac which had ground to a halt and then wouldn't boot up. In 24hrs Josh upgraded its hard drive to a Solid State SSD, loaded the latest OS and restored all my files from the iCloud. All for £180. It flies now!! Could not recommend him highly enough!!!

Josh had my pc fixed within a couple days, giving me a break down of everything that had been done. Super helpful with any questions I had about hardware and software. Will definitely be coming back to him for advice/repairs/future builds.Thanks again Josh!

Excellent service. Investigated and advised on failed computer, built a new unit to facilitate a flight sim programme. Kept my son informed throughout the build, spent much time setting it all up with him. Exceptional service, don’t hesitate to use Josh.

A brilliant service from Josh.As a bit of a technophobe I needed help with my recently purchased Mac book. Josh came to my house and very patiently, quickly and knowledgeably set up everything. He answered all my question plus told me about lots of Mac tips that I would never have discovered without him. A great service!

Joshua provided me with honest feedback about my problematic laptop - the initial testing was free of charge and he gave me lots of advice and guidance about my options, and space to consider them.When I made a decision to replace the laptop he discussed my needs, sourced and set up my new laptop and transferred what he could access from the old one.He was friendly, patient, open and reliable. I felt he was doing his best to meet my needs. His prices were competitive and I have no hesitation in recommending him highly to others. If I need more tech advice I’ll be back!
