Great place for anyone with a Vw/Audi/ skoda etc. mark is great with his customers and does a thorough job. We have been using him for years. A good mechanic is worth their weight in gold. So much so, whenever we change cars we always stick to a Vw group car brand.

Absolutely brilliant garage. Took my Audi after a warning message about my brakes came up on dashboard. Fitted me in despite being very busy and was sorted within a few hours. Picked car up and it had been cleaned and valeted! Not an expensive bill like Audi! Top class service by great guys. Would definitely recommend.

Trustworthy and reliable! The guys are really knowledgeable, helpful and always do their best to find a solution for you, even if it's not the best or most profitable one for them! Only genuine parts used, so Main dealer services without the price tag and with a personal touch! One of the few garages I trust to send my Daughters with their cars to too. I wouldn't take my vehicles anywhere else.

I have nothing, nothing but great things to say about IVS.These guys have taken care of four VW or SEATs in my family for well over 15 years. They are amazingly efficient and courteous and extremely competent at their job.They only use genuine parts, getting those brought in from the dealer. The prices are exceptionally reasonable, such that you wonder whether they have charged you enough!They don’t do tyres or MOTs, but MOTs are coming as they’re building a dedicated garage there.I trust them implicitly and would heartily recommend you try them!

I took my 05 plate Audi A3 to IVS following a recommendation from my current garage. I had the engine warning light repeatedly coming on and the car had been repeatedly scanned for several years and the fault wasn't found or the light permanently cleared. However, IVS scanned and fixed the fault the same day and even adjusted the original quote even cheaper. As a result my engine light is now off and I'm so pleased.As a female visiting some garages it can create a lot of anxiety, however, the problems were clearly explained and I felt more reassured. I would definitely recommend this garage and use again.

Great experience using IVS Volkswagen Specialists last week. My Skoda Octavia engine was making a terrible noise which turned out to be the Free Wheel Pully on the Alternator. Great customer service, good communication and speedy repair. Highly recommend and will return again for Service and any other maintenance issues.

Fantastic service, this garage is top-class and the only one I'd consider using. Mark, the Owner and James, his colleague are very competent mechanics and have always done a great job on my Skoda Fabias. Can't fault their workmanship and prices are fair too.
