Coming back for shopping with Abaris after few years and as always ,got all i want ,with big smile on my face ,nice and easy! Anthony sorted me out a new helmet quick as I needed a new on ASAP. Did me an amazing price and explained all the safety features to me . Definitely recommended

I Have been working with ABARIS International for over 10 years now and have been using them as our main source of equipment supply. The service offered by Will, Sophie and the team is exceptional. I can order before midday and most equipment is in stock which is quite refreshing as many other suppliers do not hold stock for immediate delivery, causing unnecessary aggravation.Delivery is painless even when being delivered to remote sites & third parties. The information delivered with the equipment is clear and concise and there is always someone to talk to if there are ever any issues, although we have never had cause to complain at all!ABARIS have expanded on their brands and are able to offer valuable advice irrespective of the manufacturer. I would recommend Will and his team to anyone wishing to purchase specialist equipment from a reputable, professional, knowledgeable dealer.

This is how business’s should be run. Website / ordering process is super simple and easy to navigate; communication is spot on and shipping is swift.My only “would be nice” - would be a “email when back in stock” function. But thats a minor point and me just being picky.Couple of transactions with Abaris now and each one has been faultless - well recommended.Thanks to all at abaris

Terrible customer service. You pay for next day delivery but does turn up for days! And then it goes to the wrong address but of course no one will take any responsibility for this and laugh at you and tell you that you've just threw £50 down the toilet.A company representative called Helena was exceptionally rude. I would avoid this company as the do not deserve your money whatsoever.

I was after a complete Petzl WAH equipment and Abaris International were the only ones that had all the kit I wanted in one place. They offer a wide range of Petzl products and they offered me a trade deal even as an individual for buying a complete equipment.I will say that I was skeptical of buying online due to the limited reviews available on Google and TrustPilot and I waited till I was in the area to buy the kit from the shop.Once at the shop I was greeted by Anthony who was very patient and helpful until I was happy with my purchase.I`m happy to say that I would buy from them again and I would definitely recommend them as they are trustworthy and professionals.

I pay high price for delivery and I not recive item next day , not second day ...Greedy...

NOT RECOMANDI PAY NEXT DAY DELIVERY BUT IS MORE THAN 3 DAYS AND ITEM NOT ARRIVE , NOT RECIVE ANY NOTIFICATION WITH APOLOGIES FOR THE DELAY.IF THEY ARE NOT REPLACE THEIR GREEDY MANAGER THEY WILL GO TO ZERO PROFIT!
