Tesco Esso Express

For a petrol station located Tesco Express it has a good range of produce opening at 6.00a.m and closes at 11.00p.m.

So, I went to this place being really really excited for the bakery as I've had some things from there before and they were really nice. However, when I arrived, I was it absolute AGONY. Not ONE ITEM was in the bakery. NOTHING. NADA. ZILCH. The pain in my heart was heavy and the tears in my eyes wept down my hungry face. I stumbled out to the exit with my tummy growling and my heart broken. Having said that tho, the place is actually really nice, lovely staff, very clean AND WHEN THE BAKERY IS OPEN IT'S EVEN BETTER

Ignorant discourteous customers!On 8 out 10 occasions I have found that discourtesy and blatant ignorance is embedded in the DNA of customers using the Tesco Express at this Esso garage. Try using the bay, that is supposed to be left unoccupied, for pumping up your tyres with some air. Guaranteed.....I kid you not, someone is parked in that bay not for air but for shopping at the Express. Sometimes I've waited 10 minutes if not longer to use the air pump while some idiot is shopping when other bays for parking were available....but oh no....they have to park in the air pump bay!And, the audacity of some people when you tell them politely the bay is for air pump users only, the nerve, they retort with an arrogant don't care attitude. What is wrong with humans today?I have brought this matter to the attention of the staff but again deafness must be a viral contagion here.All it takes to resolve this matter is an obvious bold signage to inform patrons the air pump bay is for air pump usage only and not for doing your weekly shopping.So friggin annoying!!!!

The service of this small guy is terrible, horrible and disgusting. He even swears while we are asking for something and he said he can say whatever he wants. We forgot to get the name of this small guy but he is on duty today at 18:35, Friday February 24. The security came and said he will report him to the manager but this small guy is a shame. He shouldn't be in this kind of work.

I used to go frequently on my way to work on my motorbike, as it was quick and hassle free and could pay at pump! Then one day they refused to serve me until I paid first or removed my helmet. This is discrimination against motorcyclists. It would not be acceptable to treat any other demographic of person in this way. I wont be going back.

Just purchased petrol and some cereal bars and a bananaThe lady at the till didn’t ask if I had my club card and I forgot to show itThe reason I purchased the items was because they were on offer with club cardWhen I asked after the sale I forgot to use my club card she said it was too late and that she couldn’t change it , knowing full well she could ofWe’re in a cost of living crisis

Great place to buy essentials. No waiting in queues. Staff are helpful and friendly.

Our Government says we must pay 5p for a plastic biogradable bag. Yet Tescos don't do these bags. They do a stronger non biogradable bag that's 10p. They moan about loosing money yet half the products on the shelves are Out of Date. The Staff are pleasant & polite but not on top of things.

I don’t buy petrol but regularly visit on my way home. It has an excellent selection for its size and many more good discounts on products than other small Tescos I’ve visited. Love it

Aisles always full of stock, waiting to be put away. Rarely anything in the fresh bakery section. Shelves in fridges section never full up.Last few weeks there has been occasions where it isn't even open at 7 am when opening time is 6am.
