I firmly believe when you're disappointed with something you've purchased, you as a customer have a right to complain if its not to a certain standard. Additionally when you complain, you should be heard, not dismissed, shut down, talked over and made out to be a liar. Whatever happened to 'the customer is always right?'Anyway in a nutshell... substandard work, the ugliest wreath with flowers not in proportion to the size of the overall tribute. Barely sprayed. It wasn't so much the sad condition of the wreath that led me to leave a review, it's the attitude of the staff when pointing out my disappointment. If you're unable to deliver in whatever timescale afforded, say so. Don't take people's hard earned money and then ask them 'what do you want me to say about it?' when it looks a mess!! Wish I recorded the call. Ridiculous. Its a NO from me.

The roses delivered for our 10 year wedding Anniversary were so beautiful, perfect and amazing. My wife loved them and she was so surprised! Excellent friendly service and on time.. as she just got home and was able to enjoy her surprise.. Thank you so much xx

The best service I can say I received today , needed some certain flowers for a funeral tomorrow. I tried everywhere for them , was losing hope . Asked about these flowers and the lady in shop who name was Wendy , got the order for today and delivered. Goes above and beyond to help. I will be using this florist in the future . Wanted to send some flowers to my partner at work but at very short notice. Incredibly within an hour this brilliant florist had created and delivered an absolutely beautiful bouquet and my partner was absolutely thrilled and delighted with the flowers and me.Thanks Guys I will definitely be ordering again.

Ordered birthday flowers which were presented very well and service at the shop was freindly and helpful also lady who delivered the flowers was really nice so all in all the staff at orchard florist was superb and definitely recommend orchard florist.

Phoned through and ordered funeral flowers at the last minute. We needed the flowers within an hour, not expecting it to be possible. Not only did this florist pull it off but it was the most beautiful bunch of roses! Thank you so much we have no doubt our nan would have been so happy with them
