Very welcoming and helpful. Used for annual duvet cleaning and now for doing ironing due to disability. Very reasonable pricing and excellent service. 04/09/23 - some changes since we were there last. The helpfull lady who used to be there has left, and I was not too impreesed with the new lady ... and the ironing prices have almost doubled. Needless to say, we will not be returning.

We used the launderette for a few weeks, whilst living in a B & b, the last who works there is really nice & helpful (sorry I don't know her name) always a great service.We'd have been stuck without it. Thank you!

Second time they have destroyed my clotting. The first time they put my white jumper with the pink and left the pink stain on it, I had to bin it. This time is my bikini top. The details was ripped apart. They handed the bag without saying anything and I only realised it later. Very upset.Just to add to it: lady on the phone said, they don’t separate things as they are very busy and don’t have time for this so nothing I can do with the item they destroyed.

Ended up staying longer in Ashford than expected, and needed my laundry done twice. Both times, it was done well and VERY quickly—I asked if it could be done same-day, and she said, Come back in an hour." Sure enough

Good space for your washing, 6£ per load.There is a nice and helpful lady (not the morning lady only the midday onwards lady)

Been using this place for a while now. Friendly , helpful efficient and great service whether it's for a while service wash or just a couple of items needing ironing Would always recommend.

I had an old favourite dress that I hadn't worn in years that I had forgotten to get cleaned after last use. The stain on white was very dramatic and I was sure it was unsalvageable however they managed to get the dress like new.
