Usama was very friendly and smiley which I think is important as no one wants a boring car journey . Also very lovely car, would definitely recommend!!

Booked a taxi for 5 people through the app. After no taxi was dispatched I called to check in and was questioned as to why I needed a 6 person cab. Advised her we have 5 people. She advised me that we'd have to take 2 taxis. When I asked her how much more that would be because we had already booked on the app she immediately got very defensive and shouted down the phone at me that it was the app that booked it and she needed to speak to her manager. She then put me on hold and the call unsurprisingly was ended by her.I called back and the chap also asked why I needed a larger taxi so I advised we had 5 people but was then perfectly happy to help and just said it would be £7 per car. As that would be about double then we were originally expecting to pay I asked them to cancel the booking. Then called and booked with A1 straight after, advised of a time frame for the car and that it was booked.

I used their service two days before and the driver's name was Naveed. He was very kind and good. I'll definitely recommend them.

Used these before without problem. Just had a taxi from them today and went to Worcester with my family. Got to the destination and my family got out while I was paying. The driver then locked me in the car for no reason while he waited for me to pay like I was some sort of criminal. Never use the people again!!!!!!!! I will be reporting this to who ever licences the company!

Driver 66 was very good and friendly. Would recommend. Excellent service!

Joke of a service. Ordered 45 mins in advance and 20 mins late when right in the city centre..person right next to me ordered a taxi on the phone with a different company and it was here in 2 mins of the call. Do not use. Arrogant and unhelpful staff
