Willows receptionist Amy went above and beyond to assist in any way that she could and my daughter was seen the same day. Dr Vishal made her feel relaxed and comfortable despite having to have a difficult procedure. I highly recommend Willows Dental Practice.

Reception lady very polite and understanding. Sadly Dentist in question has zero customer care skills and money motivated. Be careful when leaving a deposit! Tried calling you several times to cancel with no answer to be told you was all on dinner- why do you not have an answering machine notifying of this or at least a call back system. Basics.
