Avoid this company, unless you want to be let down and treated as though you do not matter.Awful company, terrible customer service and one very rude employee! Nothing Splendid about this business.

Love these guys - they have got me out of a fix at short notice for glasswear so many times. We use them for all our bar and cleaning supplies - 5 star!

Great guys to use, I haven’t had any problems with them and have been with them for over a year. Luckily I am quite close to them as I often pop in, as I prefer to see glassware and crockery before buying a box.This has never been a problem, the guys in the store room are really helpful, and if not, the chaps in the office have ordered in samples to check out products first.On my most recent order I ordered the wrong box of glasses, and they sent out the correct replacement box and picked up the wrong box the very next day.Great service, would definitely recommend.
