In reply you applied that what you was laying was going to level the floor. You can get technical now but you knew that we needed the floor level and you would be able to do the job. If you could not you should off said so before agreeing to lay the floor. You don’t as professionals lay a floor on a unlevelled floor when you know it’s not going to be ok. You should have informed us that the floor could not be levelled with what you were using. Instead of going ahead knowing it would not be right and cause future problems.We knew the floor wasn’t right when we came to you that’s not the issue is it.The issue is that you said the product you would use would solve this.As I said no point in any more talk it’s time to take the matter further to trading standards and the small claims court if necessary
