Furniture Village - Northampton

We visited the shop as a previous customer and went into see Thomas Donnelly who sold us our last pieces of furniture. As always he was very friendly and helpful and we did not feel pressured at all to buy there and then. It is always a pleasure visiting that store as all of the staff are very welcoming and helpful and give great advice on finding the correct furniture. After mulling over our choices we then went in a couple of days later to make payment of which the manager also greeted us and was extremely friendly throughout the process. We would highly recommend this outlet to visit if you need furniture and would definitely recommend speaking with Thomas Donnelly.

We nipped into Furniture Village looking for a new bed and sofa. I am not a huge fan of shopping and just wanted to get it all over and done with very quickly! We were greeted by Terry who was amazing! He listened to us and gave us some options. Excellent service, no pressure at all to buy, very knowledgeable and accommodating to meet our needs. We rarely get treated this well so a huge thank you from us!

Recently purchased a new table and chairs, bar stools and sofa from Tom at Northampton. Tom was great from start to finish, no hard sell, just good honest support and advice from the start.The items arrived quicker than expected, expertly built in out home, with care and attention.Really proud of our new look and extension, so glad we chose Furniture village, good quality items at reasonable prices. The team were absolutely fantastic - we asked a million questions and they were patient, happy to go through things again and really helped us make the right purchases. We ended up buying even more as we just felt we could trust the team and their advice was genuine!Neil is a fantastic store manager and was extremely hospitable and knew it was a lot of money for and made sure we were truly comfortable with how much we were spending.

The best customer service received on both occasions. First was with Scott & second visit was with Lee (who jokingly mentioned the name Shreck ;-) )! Got amazing discounts too to match online service. Highly recommend the shop! Thanks a million guys for amazing customer service experience.

Everything there was awesome, especially our consultant Jacqui Hartley. She is kind and very professional.We ordered a table and chairs which should be delivered in up to 5 weeks, but they did it in just 1 week. This is wonderful.Thank you!I highly recommend this shop.

We visited Northampton Riverside this morning and were greeted by Liam; extremely professional, helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. We were originally going to go elsewhere and browse but were that blown away by the offer and the sofa itself - we came back within the hour! Liam was a star!

Positive Experience with Furniture Village - Riverside. We purchased a dining table, chairs, bench and rug from Furniture Village in Northampton back in November and have had a refreshingly great experience throughout.We were the 'last customers of the day' people, but were still seen to and well looked after when making our order with the staff in the store.Head office, and delivery staff were great at keeping us informed of delivery dates and time slots. The delivery staff themselves were all really professional and polite.Lastly, thank you to Jamie at Northampton. Furniture Village also delivered on their price promise, matching prices we paid to their own Black Friday deals a few weeks later.I am sure we'll be back in future!
