Although Mr Ireland couldn't sort the blocked sewer on my Neighbour's property, he very kindly went out and bought a bottle of sulphuric acid to pour into my drain. He also told me who to contact if the problem doesn't improve. I found him very helpful, very knowledgable and he had rung me as soon as he found my message when he was in-between jobs.
