I work a stressful job and struggle with my sleep and high levels of anxiety. I’ve been going to Charlotte for around 6 months now and each session is the best hour of my month. Right from arriving you are made to feel welcome and at ease. There is definitely a calming atmosphere in the treatment room. Charlotte is very good at explaining any queries about the treatments she does. Calmer Cactus treatments are so relaxing I’ve almost fallen asleep on more than one occasion. If you need to relax I would definitely recommend a visit.
