Very unhelpful. I cannot recall a time where I have been spoken to with such rudeness and condescension.

The Bell BuildingIt is one of the few buildings on the south side of Lambeth Road within the Lambeth Palace conservation area. Known, since its change of use, rather confusingly as Norfolk House, it is a building in the Arts and Crafts neo-Tudor style. It comprises two storeys with attics, pitched roof with gable ends, red brick with stone dressings, transom and mullion casement windows with leaded lights and a basement area. A Portland stone figurative sculpture marks the canted comer chimney stack depicting a monk holding the rope of a large bell. Its plain clay tiled roofs are characteristic of this style of architecture. In the 16th century, Catherine Howard lived at the adjoining property, the original Norfolk House, the Lambeth residence of her step-grandmother; Agnes, Duchess of Norfolk prior to Catherine's marriage to King Henry VIII.
