Callum arrived on time, as arranged, had a positive attitude and quickly identified the cause of the leak. He kept us informed throughout his work, and, although he wasn't able to completely fix the problem in the evening, he left us with an acceptable temporary fix overnight. He then returned early the next - Saturday! - morning and quickly completed the fix. I would have no hesitating in recommending him as a first class plumber, and a pleasant person to provide support in a trying situation.
