I visited the Leicester square restaurant yesterday evening and had a wonderful experience. The food and drinks were amazing.The lobster was very fresh however the portion was a bit small. Everything else was really good i have nothing to complain about.

Fantastic food, the combination between burgers and lobsters was a bit unexpected but incredibly tasty.The service was great and food was served quickly. Nuce selection of drinks and the decor was great, too. Good portions for the price and location. Great place for a treat/celebration.

Attracted by the photo of their limited edition burger. The burger came at good time but honestly the beef patties were way too salty for me. The wait staff were attentive and polite.

What an amazing place!I was wondering if the Lobster Roll worth it and definatelly yes!,I went there to eat the roll amd no doubt is one of the best I ever tried!Oysters are really good and it's pretty nice to spend a good time and great dinner!The place is beautiful and the bar table where you can eat is great!Service is really good and the ambient, music and style amazing!Must go in the center of London!

Absolutely incredible food but my god the service quite bad sat down and got our order quickly and the food but we asked for water 3 or 4 times and it never arrived we ended up waiting 20 minutes to pay and we only paid because we had to physically go up and demand the bill which was bought to us and just kinda chucked In our face. The 13 percent service charge was a shock we were just sat there wondering what service they were provided.

I went there for my mom’s birthday on 17 Nov night. The lady who looked after our area was very kind and always with smile on her face. My mom was so happy when she and her colleagues brought the dessert with the birthday songs. Wonderful experience. Only the bad thing was… I forgot to take her name thus I couldn’t officially send a thank you note to her.Food was all fresh and yum. We couldn’t finish all and we packed the remaining back home. Still tasted very good the other day.

The food was quite good, but for the price at this quality I'd expect a larger portion. The waiters were often too busy and ignored us a few times when we were trying to get more water and pay the bill.

I made a reservation on line on a weekday(Wednesday) but when i got in for lunch i probably wouldn't need to. Food was delicious! Got 2 sharing lobster so the weight and price did go up. The waitresses was very nice and honest when asking if certain dishes would be enough for 1 or 2 people. I would definitely go again amd. Recommend. Only thing i would probably suggest to change is the size of the cups you use for water to a normal size.I came in with 4 people including a baby, I did wish they gave us a bigger table compared to 2 people sharing a bench table for 4+(a few had tables like that). with that i would rate the service a 4* other than that everything was good

Worth the wait. As we did not make a reservation we had to wait an hour.But:The drink is fabulous!The burgers are tasty!And you have to try the oysters.The staff is super friendly.The only two things that could be better are, that the beer could be in drought option (normal one not ale) and that they could bring the oysters before the main course.They forgot to bring them before the burgers so we could not enjoy them as wanted.
