Alpha Day Nursery

We love Alpha nursery. I’ve been impressed with their communication with us and rapport with our daughter and all the kids we see. When we toured the nursery for the first time, I was really struck by how many of the staff have been at the nursery for years. That says a lot to me. Our daughter loves going and we appreciate how well they take care of her, offering such a variety of activities for fun and learning. Can wholeheartedly recommend.

I highly recommend this nursery to any parents looking for a safe and caring environment for their little ones. My son attended this nursery for almost three years, and we couldn't have been happier with the experience. The staff is absolutely lovely - they are warm, welcoming, and always put the children's needs first. My son quickly became attached to them.The small size of the nursery is perfect for babies. I always felt confident leaving my son in their care, knowing he was in good hands. Overall, we had a wonderful experience

A staff member at the toddler room was so rude to me. She was always so judgemental and disrespectful. It put me off from working as an apprentice.What is wrong with nurseries as a whole? Why can't female staff members be helpful and support other women out, instead of treating them horribly? I have zero respect for that 1 staff member at the toddler room. It was not worth being miserable for a soild year.It was bad enough I had to put up with being disrespected and treated horribly at another nursery, called Elgin Nursery with a toxic deputy manager, who I also have zero respect for.I am overall done with working nurseries. DONE. It was just a flatout horrible experience.

My son has been in the preschool for 6 months now and he absolutely loves it. The staff are so warm and welcoming. They keep parents / carers updated on progress and any issues, delivering information without judgement (not something I’ve always experienced elsewhere). We recently had a second baby and the staff were so good at taking extra care of my son during this difficult period, making sure he was ok. All of the staff know the children so well - so it’s not just his key worker that is able to update us. When he is off ill, the staff call to see how he is doing.Highly recommend!
