Поради неуредици при получаване на пратка с лекарства. Посетих го три пъти докато си ги получа. Помолих ги да се свържат с централата на DHL и от там им казаха, че пакета е при тях, просто да го потърсят. И стоеше зад касата.

DHL inside WHSmith was unable to take my parcel because they could not get their printer working..Had to find an another courier service.

DHL Express Service Point (WHSmith New Malden)
Came here twice over the last half a year and the same guy claimed that the DHL scanning machine wasn't working both time. I suspect that it never has or the cashier guy simply doesn't want to do his job.
