I had a wonderful Himalayan body scrub massage by Giovanna. First time having something like that and would definitely have again. Lovely member of staff :)

EDITED: Poor customer service and no loyalty to returning customers. The therapists are excellent but, unfortunately, the reception staff are rude and the way the business is run and the business policies means that I did not feel valued as a customer, despite having frequent treatments there for 3 months or so. Therefore, I will not be returning to the salon or recommending it to others.As I am unable to reply to the salon's response, I have edited my review. Having read the other negative reviews on here, I expected the salon to come back and blame the customer. I was not an hour late but 15 minutes late to my appointment. I do not wish to get into a feud with the salon but I have visited and been a loyal customer to many other salons in the past in other cities I have lived in who have equally high quality therapist and also have strict policies but do take into account that, on occasion, customers can get caught in traffic or may be delayed for some reason. I did not get upset that one of my treatments was not carried out because I was late, I was more disappointed that I was charged for this treatment and that this was not explained to me during payment. It was only when I looked at my receipt in the car that I noticed I had been charged for the treatment I had not had. When I returned to the shop to point this out, the reception staff spoke down to me in a patronising manner and was in no way apologetic. On the majority of visits I spent over £100 at the salon and I was considering using the salon for my bridal party this year. Unfortunately, due to their inflexibility, they have lost out on my future business and I will not be recommending them to family and friends.

Very friendly service both on the phone while booking and at my appointment. Nice venue, clean and spacious. I had a great men’s foot renovation - perfect for the start of the summer season

I had a facial and full body massage by Danielle- she was by far the best masseuse I have come across and I'm very much looking forward to going back. From a hygiene point of view, the place was very clean and felt very covid safe- you put your belongings in a box when you first arrive and they sanitise your hands (when arriving and leaving). Masks are worn at all times (except when getting a treatment)- Danielle kept her mask on whilst giving the treatments. The room was very pretty and the temperature was adjusted on request. It was overall a very pleasant and relaxing experience and would highly recommend.

Really impressed with the new protocols for keeping us all safe. Just had a lovely manicure and pedicure and felt very safe and looked after. Therapists were very friendly even with face masks and visors on . Would highly recommend and thought that the voucher for a free takeaway coffee is a great idea . Can’t wait to come back soon .

Really happy with how seriously and professionally pamper banana are taking covid 19 precautions. It definitely feels like the safest place to be at the moment! Reception staff were incredibly friendly and professional making me feel extremely comfortable! I am so incredibly happy with the massage I received from Autumn, which was carried out to a very high standard (even with all the ppe!) I cant recommend this spa enough! It is 100% value for money (if not more!) ! I look forward to starting my course of environ treatments next month!

My friend and I had a fantastic (and COVID-safe) double pedicure/leg massage session. The staff were all super friendly, professional and very accommodating. We enjoyed some prosecco we'd brought along with our treatment which the staff kindly cooled down for us as I hadn't had a chance to refrigerate it beforehand. Nothing was too much trouble! Importantly, we also felt really safe throughout with the staff's covid measures- all staff wore masks throughout and we were kept apart and separate from other customers without it feeling awkward. I took my friend here as birthday gift and I'd highly recommend Pamperbanana to anyone!

I would prefer to put a 3.5, beautiful environment. Lovely therapist. Had a lava shells massage and a medik8 facial. Both were nice. I do note that there was a lot of background noise from reception/other rooms and I was unable to enjoy the music due to this, I don't relax easily anyway so it's even harder with unwanted noise. For the price point I personally believe that it wasn't anything dazzling or unique that goes above or beyond what you recieve in many of Bristols salons.
