Lovely experience on both my visits. I visited several main dealers of various makes whilst I was looking for a new car. Lotus was by far the most helpful. Charlie went out of her way both on the test drive and helping me to place my order. Highly recommended.

I attended an open day with my Lotus, where I was offered a free health check. All the staff were very welcoming, and attentive. The technician who inspected my car was very knowledgeable and clearly showed an interest in the marque.The workshop area was exceptionally clean. They sent me a a video and health report promptly, exactly as they said they would.A very enjoyable experience and would have no hesitation in using them for any servicing needs. (They had some lovely cars in the showroom too!)

I have a New Lotus Emira, which is brilliant, but had a issue with the Aircon not working, was not aware of this dealership, had tried 2 others near me (about same distance as Central Lotus) and they could not get me in till mid June and early July, From one call was fitted in with 3 days. Was fixed within about 30mins as a software/code upgrade. Had great conversation with Andy Bradbury a real enthusiast and has growing business and dealership. I will now be using them for my next deliveries and service.
