Brake and Service World, Thank you very much for the Excellent Service received on Thursday! 1st Incident since purchase of my car, My AI dashboard kept retrieving information that my tyre required inflating,inflated it, this occurred until I fully assessed and found the reckless workmanship around Luton as a screw was in the tyre.I tried a few Tyre replacement Services within Luton,I am usually sceptical about using anyone except KF and none could support with an identical tyre.Due to Healthcare Community Work and driving in all sorts of weather conditions it is imperative for me to find that safe balance and traction all round. I was directed from Black Circles website to Brake and Service World.My communication with Amar was efficient, helpful and I was assured that the Tyre could be ordered in for fitment the next day.An appointment was made for me at 10.00am.I visited BSW and was received by Amar with a warm professional welcome and given a 30minute time frame to complete the fitment of the tyre.I was directed to the cosy waiting room with self-service hot drinks.I continued to work on my Tablet with no loss of time to my work targets and within 25min my car was ready to be back on the road.Many thanks to Brake and Service World for your Professional Standard of work-Quality,I couldn't fault this and a great big thank you to Amar for your efficiency, business ethics as you exceeded my expectation.I will not hesitate to return in future!

I had my car go in for a service and an engine light was on. AMAR and IBZ were great. Customer service going above and beyond to ensure to keep me updated on what was going on with my car and explaining what needed to be done to ensure my car was safe. They are a great member of your team and should be examples to other team members on what customer service is all about and how to keep the customer happy. After being turned away at my usual garage having found flat tyre and arrived during closing. This garage took a look and found a nail and immediately repaired for me. I will be most definitely coming back here going forward and appreciate the customer service after a long day.

My usual garage let me down and cancelled my MOT appointment the day before it was scheduled. I found Brake and Service World through the AA (they’re an AA approved garage) and thankfully they had a slot the day before the MOT expired. Very easy to book, friendly staff (Amar and Mandy) and efficient service. Had a slot at 12.30 and car was ready at 1.30. Will definitely use again.

I find this garage to be very convenient to visit. They have great customer service, easy to apply online appointment through a company's website, very decent mechanics and, most importantly, get the job done properly. Pretty much satisfied with everything as it went smoothly without any problems. I would like to thank the team for their effort and really appreciate it.

Booking was easy and Amar from the branch managed to fit me in a convenient time slot for myself and the MOT was completed on time. Staff were friendly and helpful. Waiting area was very pleasant and comfortable too!

Excellent service.Popped in at 8.30 on a Monday morning to see if they could repair my broken exhaust. They were able to do it straight away and offered to drop me somewhere if I wanted. Made it into work for 9 and they dropped the car back to my workplace after lunch. Will definitely use them again.
