VIP Dog Training

Christie is a wonderful and knowledgable dog trainer and separation anxiety specialist. We completed her four-week SA program and were impressed by the changes we saw in our dog. He went from panicking the minute he was left alone to being happily settled and calm while we (continue to) slowly increase our absences. Christie made sure to set him up for success while remaining below his stress threshold at all times. She set daily training plans and was always available to text and review our videos, as well as offering a weekly video call check-in. Her training program has helped us immensely and given us the tools to tackle our dog's separation anxiety - we honestly can't thank her enough. She is also lovely to chat to, encouraging, and genuinely cares about our dog's wellbeing. Can absolutely recommend to anyone whose dog is having SA issues!

We cannot recommend Christie VIP Dog Training enough. She really helped us understand our two lively puppies and gave us some really expert advice regarding loose lead walking, recall, separation anxiety and meeting and greeting visitors! Christie has been such a pleasure to work with! We are so happy with the training sessions she’s offered for our dog Kona. Our dog Kona has improved tremendously since the first training we had with Christie. She has truly made an impact not only in our lives, but Kona as well. Kona is confident, happy and is more attentive. She has given us so much valuable tools/information to continue to use with Kona when training. I cannot recommend Christie enough!I was definitely overwhelmed with my puppy and as it was my first I definitely underestimated how much help I’d need. I used Christie for 1 to 1 training and I’m so glad I did. Not only did she help with the training but she helped me to understand my puppy and her needs. She constantly gave me advice and tips and was always available to message if I had any questions and always checked in to see how we were doing in between sessions. I’ve also used her for separation anxiety, again she was always available to help with any problems I was having.In the early stages there were times I felt I’d made the wrong decision getting a puppy but she gave me the confidence and tools to create an environment that worked for me and my new arrival.She is extremely knowledgeable, empathetic and patient and was really invested in helping me and my puppy live our best lives.

I really enjoyed my training with Christie. I did the Puppy Package with my pup Rio and she really helped me grow my confidence in training him as well supporting any questions I had through out the sessions as well as any random messages, any time of day.As Rio was my first puppy, she helped guide me through the first few months and has helped set in some good behaviours that Rio now does daily.Christie gives continued support now, and shows so much love for what she does, which makes it a very relaxing and enjoyable experience.
