I have been with this company for nearly a year, I am extremely disappointed in the lack of support within the last 5 months.My dispatch team are constantly having to chase up orders. Parcels go missing, again we have to chase this up 24/7. We get put on hold then they hang up on us and never get back to us when they say they do. The staff are rude and unprofessional.The rules change every 5 minutes, even though it’s a ‘signed for’ delivery, they leave with a neighbour which is not on the clients instructions, the drivers are lazy, they do not deliver to the correct address’ . Again, we have to chase this up.Rather than taking it back to the depot, they leave in a ‘safe’ place however it’s not safe considering this is prescription medication. The client never ‘receives’ the product. Then we end up forking out more money in which they refuse to pay for even though it’s Apc’s fault.There is a massive lack of care for the customers who spend a fortune every week with this service. We spend over £1k each week.In one day, I have had to chase 8 deliveries that have either been ‘lost’, not delivered, delivered to the wrong address or late deliveries. Me and my team have spent 4 hours of our time chasing today. This is your fault and time wasting for me.Your team are rude, they speak over me and do not let me finish my sentences, they then put me on hold then hang up. They say they’ll investigate, they never do.APC overnight is not an overnight service, there has been delays of nearly 5 days with no update. Parcels have been lost and no action has been taken.From a business point of view, I would not recommend this company and I will be taking my business elsewhere. Very unreliable.I have had no choice to write a bad review as I am so disappointed with the lack of care and support considering we spend a fortune each week. Maybe my review might reach me to the director so they can see the lack of support I have received from the team and something finally gets done.Regards

Hands down the worst delivery company ever! Tried to deliver my item twice and took my parcel back to the depot even though there was a safe place my parcel could of been left!!!! They do not answer phone calls or emails, I travelled over to the depot on Saturday which was a 40 minute drive AND had to pay tunnel fare for it to be shut at half 10 when it states it was open till half 11 so where is my parcel ?!?!? Been over a week now and still cannot locate my parcel

Sender informed me there had been an attempted delivery of a parcel. If there was then no card had been left behind. I phoned the depot and arranged collection for the following day as I needed the item urgently. When I got to the depot I was informed that because of human error the item had gone out for re delivery.I emailed about compensation and at first I didn't get a response and phone calls weren't answered. I eventually received a response informing me there would be no compensation.I've asked to raise this to a manager.If I could I would happily give 0 stars.

Really didn't shine for me, goods in van on 24h delivery then returned to depot. Delivered after bank holiday. Contacted via online form but they failed to reply or acknowledge. Can't rate more than 3 stars as they just weren't good enough. Didn't do what they were contracted to do and failed to communicate when contact made. Sorry guys but 'swift' didn't deliver swiftly.

These people are part of the APC Courier network whom we use for business. The APC network as a whole is brilliant but these guys are a disgrace. Sent a perishable parcel last Wednesday (next day service) still not arrived following Tuesday even though they had originally received and had out for delivery last Thursday. Things do occasionally go wrong but these guys have zero communication with us, our customer and our local depot chasing on our behalf. No response to numerous emails and they just don't answer the phone. 1 star is too good for them.

Very poor. Made me wait in all day for a 2 hour slot which kept getting pushed back. It appears they've abandoned my delivery altogether without notification. Poor service and very poor for the vendor who have chosen them for distribution.

Poor customer service, I didn't get a call a manager when they said they would. Didn't follow collection instructions.

Terrible service, waiting 2 days for a delivery and still no sign or call from the company. Can’t get hold of anyone to even ask when you’ll get delivery.Wouldn’t recommend using these as you won’t be able to get through to anyone to find out where your parcels are.

Waited in and watched the tracker, but 2 stops before mine i got an email about a missed delivery an hour before. I stayed off work and was in all morning but no one called and no card left. Called the office but apparently the driver delivers the parcels in any order he wants and i have no proof he called. I now have to wait until monday to see if he bothers turning up.

Utterly awful experience. The pharmacy that send out my medication to be posted to me use this service. I’ve only had 2 deliveries from them so far and both have been awful.The first delivery they told me they’d deliver it on a Thursday, then they said they’d deliver it on the Friday, then I eventually received it on the Saturday.The second delivery they gave me a 2 hour time slot so I made sure somebody was home to receive it and they didn’t deliver during the time slot. The person at my home had to then leave due to other commitments, which resulted in a failed attempted delivery over an hour after the end of my 2 hour time slot. I’ve now got to go and collect the parcel instead.Overall awful experience
