Having engaged with Tom explaining our tight deadline and budget, we had been promised and assured both would be met.Having then waited three weeks for him to redraw my detailed drawings, we were then told the price would be £800 more than initially quoted and the deadline would not actually be met. Not only this, the drawings that came back were a dumbed down version of what I had sent. Lastly, to add further insult, two days after this we received another email that they could no longer make them at all.Avoid this company if you want bespoke joinery, and or are looking for a timely service.------------------------------------------------------------Update in response:Thank you for responding to the review. While we appreciate your explanation of the situation, we remain disappointed with the service we received, and am somewhat perplexed with you trying to pass on accountability.We understand that the initial estimate provided was meant to be a rough figure, but we were assured that both the budget and deadline would be met. It was only after waiting three weeks for the redrawn drawings that we were informed of the additional cost and now missed deadline. Moreover, we were not able to pay any deposit because the drawings had not been finalized.Regarding the design, we acknowledge that we had not provided specific veneers, this was meant to be a discussion, we believe that a more proactive communication from your company could have avoided this situation. We expected to be informed of any issues or difficulties that might arise in the project, and to have the opportunity to discuss and clarify any questions or concerns.As a small business, we appreciate the challenges you face in meeting all your clients' needs. However, we hope that you will take our feedback into account and use it to improve your services moving forward. We believe that better communication and transparency could help you better meet the needs of your clients and avoid any misunderstandings or frustrations in the future.Thank you for your attention to this matter, and we wish you all the best in your future endeavors.

Had alcove cabinets fitted and quality and professionalism was superb

We were really happy with the quality of our new built in media unit. From the moment we contacted Thorn & Willow they were so responsive, helpful and nothing was to much trouble, including my fussy paint choices. I would definitely recommend them and use them for future projects.

I saw Thorn & Willow's advert, whilst browsing Facebook Marketplace. I loved the look of their kitchens and contacted them to get a quote to design out kitchen. I was unsure whether or not we would be able to afford a bespoke kitchen, especially as the kitchens in the photos looked so expensive! Tom got in touch and the quote given was well within our budget. He came out to the house and designed our new kitchen, taking into account all the little things I wanted!! The installation was done by Tom, with help from Charlie and in 5 days we went from a bare room to a beautiful, bespoke kitchen. I couldn't be happier with it, it looks beautiful, is so well made and has completed our little cottage. I highly recommend Thorn and Willow. Tom and Charlie are the nicest people too!

We contacted Tom and Nathan at Thorn & Willow to discuss a few projects in our house. Namely to give us storage in a house with young children. They were excellent from start to finish. We ended up with them doing 5 projects for us; kids wardrobe, bedroom wardrobe, under stairs storage, sitting room cabinet and panelling in one room. They are such great people to work with, no fuss - super accommodating and so kind. We felt we were working in collaboration with them and they brought their ideas to the table. And also were very willing to change things at any point. I would wholly recommend them as the experience we had with them are amazing - thanks so much Tom and Nathan! p.s. the photos attached don't do justice to their workmanship but it gives a good idea of the quality!
