Excellent service. Everything was explained and I was kept informed every step of the way. I was driving my new car in 2 days with no issues or fuss. Excellent customer service, I can't recommend them enough.

This was so quick and easy. I applied, got a call back and my new car was paid for and ready to collect within 48 hours.I appreciate that this may not be the same for everyone though depending on credit status etc.All ID checks and document signing is online so there is literally zero delays. The only thing I can say that they could potentially improve on is having an auto response notification once you've submitted the e-signature forms. There's no indication that it has been received and because the document link times out, you really do need to know if it has been submitted fully without having to be a pest and calling them for verification.Overall, I'm very impressed with their customer service, efficiency and clear, simple documentation and informative video talk through of the contract you're about to enter.

My car credit was helpful at first then they started ignoring my calls, not calling me back it got to the point I was at my wits ends so I decided enough was enough after a whole month trying to sort a car out, I went to elsewhere and now I have my car. This is not a company you want to finance with if they are like this then think twice. I would never recommend and I would never go with these in the future.

I am extremely pleased by the efficiency of everyone at the company. Every time I called, the customer service was welcoming, warm and friendly. Especially with James Keenan, who was my assigned advisor. He kept in constant communication with regards to my application progress. The process was also quick and easy (provided you give the correct documents). Overall I am beyond satisfied with my experience. I am due to collect my vehicle in a few days due to my availability. However, I was assured that if there were any issues, they would be happy to rectify it. Thank you!

Quick and easy to use, process started Saturday, completed mid day Monday, had an issue getting garage checked but that wasn’t the finance companies fault - all cleared and received confirmation email, thanks to Joe and Kyle for the quick acting of my application!:)

Super easy to apply, I was then called by Lauren who was amazingly helpful all the way through. I am really pleased with the service and the interest rate, which was almost 2% lower than what the Car Sales place were offering. I would highly recommend.

I used my car credit to purchase my new car. I was not sure i would be able to get finance due to poor credit history but after applying online i was pre approved. I choose a car and purchased it and the whole process took around a week. Customer service was great, quick and responsive great service
