dreadful treatment of customers, after many years of sending my 2 kids for swimming lessons, they have both completed all the lessons that tides can provide, confirmed by telling us at the last lesson, the kids have finished... then penalise us, by expecting us to continue paying for lessons that they are not providing any more, because they demand a 4 week notice to cancel, yet they can say at the end of the last lesson, 'you're finished' (also no contact from Tides after the last lesson, to close the account, hence our later contact to request to cancel) and keep the remaining paid-for weeks for both children. They should have given us advanced notification that the lessons were concluding, allowing us to give 4 weeks notice, rather than just saying nothing and take the money! Very unprofessional communications and very little concern towards their paying customers, but maybe because my partner is foreign, you thought you' could take advantage, and mug her off.

Toddler session was great - lots of inflatables and slides to play on. A gently shelving pool so children can walk in themselves and play at a depth which suits them. Clean facilities and attentive staff. Would definitely recommend.

Great shallow water for small, but poor facility, not working hair dryers.

Great swim..helpful staff. It's a shame cafe not open...could of done with a nice hot drink

The first time we visited, and it was very clean.The staff is really friendly, and the price for the splash pool is only 7£ per adult

Was worried due to all the negative reviews but we had a great time with my 4 year old.All the slides were working, staff were super chatty and helpful (particularly the receptionist). Pool was a good temperature and not overcrowded, couldnt have asked for more!

Hi, reasoning for my 1* review is based on the tides I remember. Yes it would be going back 20 years.The name needs to change, looking a past reviews and staff advice, the Tide" Machine has been broken for at least 5 to 8 years. It's should be called "Slides" as there is no tide..The session times don't work well! We paid £30 for 2 adults and 2 x 12YO plus a 9YO for 90 mins

Still great fun after coming back after 20 years. Friendly staff, clean environment. The kids loved the simple slides. It's a shame about the wave machine not working, but otherwise we had lots of fun

Such a shame they don’t fix the long ago broken wave machine. This is a big part of this place’s USP so why not fix it? The big slide was only open for a few minutes of our session which was disappointing. The water was quite cool which was not fun as it was freezing outside. My biggest gripe though is how dirty the changing rooms were. The floors have dirt all over them and everything needs a good deep clean in general. Giving 3 stars, as despite all my personal disappointing points, my 2 children and a friend had a fab time.Please invest in fixing the wave machine and I am sure you will see a surge in visitors and could even charge a little extra.

Good fun for kids and has water slide but the tide machine hardly ever works now. Food not to badly priced .
