What a top class company. My whole experience from start to finish was fantastic and they couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating during the process from the day I went to the showroom to the day it was fitted. Great price, fantastic fires to chose from and even made my fireplace to suit increases measurements at no extra cost. My fire looks absolutely stunning. Thanks to everyone at fireside but a special thank you to Douglas.

Great service all round. Showroom staff were knowledgeable and helpful. Great, professional manner both face to face and by phone. Fitters were first class - polite, professional and tidy. We were retaining an original, rather old and rickety fire surround and they took great care to ensure that the finish was to a high standard. After some problems with the flue (due to the age and poor state of the chimmey) they went over and above to rectify things. Worked to a very high standard.

Fanulous service. From absolutely no pressure to buy when visiting the showroom to expert advice on what would be suitable for our home to fantastic installation. Fitters were great - very clean and tidy workers. Can't fault Fireside Fireplace Scotland at all and would definitely recommend.
