Would give 0 stars if possible. The most disgusting McDonald’s EVER and won’t be ordering or returning again. Food arrived.. oh wait no it didn’t because we only got sent our drinks which were only a quarter full with most of it at the bottom of the bag seeping all over the floor. Rang both the delivery driver and store over 10 times with no answer. Finally got an answer to be told it was a fault on their end and will have the food resent out. Haven’t got high hopes as there’s not been one time where they’ve got out order right. Never include straws or sauce despite paying for sauce, forever missing items and can’t even cook food properly. Drinks are 9/10 flat. Appalling service all round. Avoid at all costs, save your money and go elsewhere!

After 16hrs of work I needed something quick and simple before I returned to the B&B I was staying at before another busy days work.I opted for the drive thru. That was my first mistake. It became stationary almost as soon as a car pulled in behind me so that I couldn't back out. It took 25 minutes to get through to the final window! The burger was cold and they had no milk shakes. To top it off, the staff had a couldn't be bothered attitude. I won't rush back to this McDonald's!

I got takeout so the atmosphere score is a bit pointless, moving on they got my drinks wrong, gave me Diet Coke instead of what I ordered as Regular, which wouldn’t make me upset but because I paid extra for it.If they can’t even get the drinks right when it’s just pushing a button under a brightly lit sign, what else are they screwing up?Oh that’s right, the fries that look about four hours old and the burger was fine though at this point not screwing up 1/3 of my meal isn’t high praise.2/10 do not recommend this McDonald’s

During my visit there were at least 10 staff members all looking busy not doing very much. I assume the 25 minute wait and 15 orders after of mine, but we’re given out first that my simple order of chicken selects was one of the more complex orders of this evenin, clearly the staff did not care about their soul purpose of making money money for McDonald’s and making customers happy with decent food and semi decent service. When I eventually received my food after chasing it up several times, the chicken selects were freezing cold, the chips were hot but were ridiculously crispy and really tasted of oil, so I thought I would wash this all down with my lovely refreshing Coca-Cola. No! The Coke was Flat and tasted like Robinsons mixed with Coca-Cola. I have absolutely no idea how McDonald’s could get this so incredibly wrong. My recommendation to management (not that they will read it nor care), is to ensure there is decent leadership in the restaurant at all times, as clearly there wasn’t any tonight.

I ordered a happy meal because I wanted a light dinner and I ordered a cheeseburger and chips, I took off from my order the mustard and onions and when I got back to the car they had mustard and onions in the burger so they not only didn’t listen to my requests, they also decided to take out the actual burger patty so I DIDNT EVEN GET A BURGER. I double checked my receipt and I DEFINITELY did not take out the burger. Extremely disappointed and will not be returning as this is not the first time they have messed up my order but this was a different level of stupid.

Simply disgusting experience, I wanted to try a new burger which looked great on the menu but what I got instead was just disgusting and was breaking all health and safety regulations, the burger was burnt, dried out like a shoe sole, had taste of old cooking oil taste, had no sauce or ketchup or anything in it…. Just shocking!!!!?This was the worst experience in my entire life with McDonald’s.

Nipped in and got the speediest service ever, even compared to London branches. Food was freshly cooked and staff were lovely, especially the young lady who printed a receipt so I could collect my food, as the ordering machine had run out. Keep up the good work. Seating area outside was in the shade and was spotless.

I ordered a burger yesterday but made sure I ordered with no onions, as I am allergic. The delivery took way too long (about an hour) and my food was pretty cold when it arrived. The burger I ordered had red onion in, so I had to give it to a family member as I couldn't eat it. It's a good thing I double checked the burger otherwise I would've likely had a pretty nasty allergic reaction. Absolutely awful.

When we visited and placed our order on the touch screen device, certain items were marked unavailable. This can be common which is acceptable. However while waiting the 45 minutes for our order it became apparent that there was an issue with fizzy drinks they were flat. Insted of making them unavailable the staff manager decided to continue serving drinks and charging people for them which I find unacceptable! Upon receiving our order, drinks were flat and tings were missing from order was a shambles didn't get what I paid for will not be going back.

OMG, where do I begin describing how disorganised and filthy this place is? We've spent 45 minutes waiting for our order, eventually received cold food. The place is full of rubbish, tables dirty, ordering tech is broken, no receipt given, order numbers don't display, staff doesn't know what they are doing, orders are collecting in the prep room getting cold, customers leaving without order fed up with the wait... Amazing. Never going there again! (Not that I do much normally).
