Absolutely perfect experience. The shop is amazing and the staff lovely. Debbie spent time with my daughter and she now has the most beautiful prom dress I have ever seen. 100% recommend finesse for brides and prom age girls. Thankyou Debbie and everyone at finesse.

Great service. Made me feel comfortable instantly. As there was a separate change room, it made the experience more personal to me. I got to see each dress and get my own opinion before showing the entourage. There was no pressure and just a wonderful experience

Visited this lovely bridal boutique back in October to look at dresses for my December wedding. I'd taken my bridesmaid with me for advice and guidance. The young lady who greeted us was warm and welcoming. She told me to take my time looking through the dresses and pick as many as I wanted to try on. While I was doing this she made us a pot of tea.Then, I started to try on the dresses and she never influenced me, she completely left the choice to me and what I liked and how I felt but gave me good advice about each dress about what would need altering in order to fit my shape. I'm happy to say I found the perfect dress.It was such a wonderful experience and one I will cherish.Many thanks ladies at Finesse Brides. Keep doing what your doing because your fantastic at it!

My daughter came to The Prom Shop for her gown. The service we received was fantastic, the staff made my daughter feel so special, especially as the service was one to one, she had the shop to herself and was able to take her time in choosing the perfect dress. She felt amazing at her prom. Thank you, highly recommended!!

Absolutely amazing experience. I cannot recommend Finesse Brides enough! The second we walked through the door we received the kindest greeting from Leanne and she instantly made us feel at ease.I was so nervous and apprehensive about wedding dress shopping but Leanne was so kind, warm, helpful, honest, down to earth, understanding and she couldn’t do enough for me. It was like I had a best friend there, not someone who worked there.The selection of dresses, veils and accessories are so impressive and very reasonably priced too. I found my dream dress on the first visit and could not be happier with the whole experience. I even received a beautiful gift bag as a thank you from them, such a lovely little touch!Thank you so much for making my day!

I brought my best friend to see you lovely ladies on Saturday. She was blown away by you all. Special thanks to Kirsty, she took Sam through all the different styles explaining the different fittings. We were treated to drinks on arrival and a comfy sofa between dresses. Sam found the dress of her dreams. Leanne joined us to add advised on a head dress.We can't wait to come back in a couple of months when Sam's dress arrives. Thank you ladies can not wait to see you all again. ❤️
