Absolutely useless staff. No help at all. Just send you off other places. Don't even get to speak to a professional. Staff are absolutely no help whatsoever. Wait in a queue on the phone just to be told to be on your way.

After being diagnosed with v high blood pressure, my husband was told by his doctor that he wanted to see him again after 2 weeks of medication to either adjust it or see if he felt better. After 2 weeks the receptionist refused to let him see the doctor or make an appointment. He tried an econsult eventually and got a reply a week after the fact. Now he's not got enough medication because of the initial wait and see if this works" from the doctor so he tried getting more medication. He was sent an email detailing how they don't deal with repeats via email. What else was he supposed to do as another phone call to the receptionist puts his blood pressure and stress levels through the roof."

you now have to chase up your own blood test results, I was also told I would be having a examination with a doctor, to be told I need to arrange a new appointment and start again though patch request, this is literally the most frustrating surgery I have been to

Usually do not have any issue here but absolute incompetence at its finest, staff to busy laughing and joking with each other to direct someone to the right place.After 25 mins of sitting waiting spoke to someone to realise we are in wrong seating area and then to be told we can't be seen because WE are late, absolute joke.It's incompetence of staff like this that give NHS and professions the bad name.

Looking for a department and asked the man on the help desk. There were others behind the desk and they started telling me,I said I have a hearing problem. One of the men thought it amusing enough to pretend he was deaf. Sorry ? What did you say

Lovely staff in most of the building, but very angry receptionists on the first floor. Try to get an appointment with a GP and woe betide you!
