Just started using safestore staff are excellent specially Colin great deal on a large unit contact them directly if you want a discount. Process of setting up was easy and the place is really accessible.

Colin was extremely helpful in organising a storage unit, he was very informative and the process was quick and easy. The storage units are clean and easy accessible and provide free use of the trollys to make things much easier. Thank you!

The staff are very professional and extremely helpful and go out of their way to assist. The sort of standard of service you need when you are arranging to return to the UK from abroad and need somewhere to store your belongings. On visiting the site it was both clean and pristine. There are lots of different types of trolleys to help with moving items in and out of storage which are extremely helpful.

Amazing customer service!! Colin sorted me out a great price last week (he beat all the other Wigan storage units). When I arrived today to sign the paperwork I met Jay. He gave me a guided tour around the whole facility, showed me where to park the van for loading and unloading, where the trolleys were kept, how to get in and out through the automatic barriers. You have an exceptionally polite and respectful team! I've signed up for one year, I will no doubt stay for many years. Jay also let my dog come in too so I didn't have to leave her out in the van while we were getting everything sorted. Five stars, the facility, and the team who run it, are amazing! Thanks Jay and Colin!

Really great customer service, I was served by Colin and James. They were super friendly and walked me through all the t&cs, showed me the storage units so I could decide the right size and walked me through everything I had to do. Really happy with the service and would 100% recommend this company and the staff at the Wigan branch :)
