Paul fixed my boiler and a problem with significant pipe vibration when the hot tap was open. He made himself available to assist very quickly. The whole experience was excellent , he is a clean and tidy worker , friendly , knowledgeable and good value for money. If you want an honest and efficient plumber I would recommend his services. 5* !

Paul is remarkable plumber I had a few things wrong with my boiler, central heating and hot water and he kept coming around until he had sorted the whole thing out and now it is all working perfectly. He is a very genuine, polite and helpful person and I am delighted to recommend him.

I called Paul as I honestly thought that I would need a new boiler fitted. He came and inspected and assured my husband and I that yes the boiler is old but it was still working fine. I had a problem with our central heating and after speaking to Paul on the phone, he told me what he thought it was and that he would get a price for me to replace the part. He came back to me the next day and said he could fit the new part that same evening, which he did. Great service and would not hesitate in recommending Paul. It’s nice to have a local tradesman that is trustworthy.

Paul came round at short notice to take my radiator off for me so I could have my room re plastered. I also live quite far away from him but he will always come round to me even though I am out of his way. He is completely trustworthy and will not overcharge for the work he is doing, just an honest hardworking guy who wants to do a good job. He also came back out of his way again today to put my radiator back on for me. I highly recommend Paul for any plumbing works that you need doing. Thanks again Paul, Laura

Since first employing Paul approximately 2 years ago I have always found him to be very punctual, always on time on the agreed date. His work is first class and always clean and tidy. I have found him to be very fairly priced and he only carries out the work that needs to be done. He is also very patient and always explains why he is doing something and how things work. I have recommended Paul to family and friends and now only trust him to carry out all my plumbing jobs as i do trust him to not rip me off or do any unnecessary work. All in all he is a good guy doing a good job at a good price. Highly recommended.

Paul is very reliable, he turns up when he says he will, and if he is a bit delayed he telephones to let us know. He charges reasonable rates and gives good advice. This is a very different experience from previous plumbers we have had, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

Paul arrived on time and quickly solved the problem with my boiler. He then returned for a full service and the boiler works SO much more smoothly and efficiently now. Paul tries to complete the work in the way that is most cost effective rather than cranking up the fee as some plumbers seem to do. I'll definitively be booking Paul How again.

Paul’s customer service is amazing very quick to respond to calls and explains what he is doing and why as he goes along. Paul is great value for money and gives honest and fair quotes.
