Delicious ice cream. Formerly Crampton’s Baths, one of the places that Charles Dickens used to take cold-water showers rather than swimming in the sea. A visit is recommended!

A few weeks ago, I went to Broadstairs for a few days. One of of those days, we went here. We got gelato, and there is a wide selection of flavours. Service is good. (This is so unrelated but on that same day I somehow saw one of my teachers even though we were far away from my city)

Lovely ice cream, sold by scoops, in cones or cups. Professional and friendly staff. Well staffed so there was no big wait. There are a few tables outside (didn’t check inside).

Passed by yesterday and got two takeaway coffees.Undrinkable. Young lad serving didn’t know what he was doing and was distracted by a dog outside and showing off to the girl making the coffees. She also clearly had no idea what she was doing. An Americano with milk and a flat white cost over £6 and both went in the bin.Train your staff. Have a manager present.

It's great! For any American away from home they do amazing milkshakes. Like proper ones. Took me right back. Food is okay just something to nibble on really. But I've never had a bad drink from here.

What a disappointment visit! Do you have anything Gluten Free? NO, do you have any Gluten Free ice cream! NO, you can have a mango sorbet ! Had a nice coffee and a packet of Gluten Free crisps? Yes your crisps are Gluten Free!! Most of the gluten free food I buy all comes from Italy!! Pasta, rolls, bread etc! Perhaps you should look into it? Rather just saying NO in a tone that’s not welcome?
