Classic Car Wash

Car wasn’t cleaned properly, loads of steaks and running dirty water left on car, alloys still had dirt on them and left grease marks on my leather from some cleaning product they used . The pictures dont do the grease marks justice but are noticeable to the naked eye. Friendly staff but believe they need to be less slap dash and devote time to each car was surprised when they said it was done especially seeing as I was the only car there (no queue). Disappointed to say the least especially for £17.

They use dirty sponges which caused swirl marks in my car. Swirl marks are a mass of tiny scratches that may appear like actual scratches under a microscope. They often appear on the surface of the top layer of your paint. Improper washing or drying techniques are the most common culprits behind swirl marks.Avoid this car wash at all costs! I went back to tell them & the manager blames it on the sun. The sun is what brings out the swirl marks that was caused by improper washing.Update to your comment. Very true, I was your customer this morning. You agreed the car wash wasn't to standard. Dirt still on wheels, which your guys said he was sorry for as it was it his responsibility. I asked fot a partial refund and you refused.I now have to spend £300 for a detail to correct my mistake of turning up at your car wash.

First time getting my car washed here ! Amazing service , they give you the personal touch and thoroughly cleaned inside and outside . Would definitely recommend this car wash to everyone !

They charged me £10 just for vacuum.Terrible price is that.Not happy at all

First time there today and was given a VIP wash for the price of a normal wash. And Good job done and will use again.

Stay well clear of this car wash !! Put the wrong car Mats in my car gave me someone else’s that were disgusting , dent has appeared on my car. Charged me £48 for mini vallet and didn’t even clean it properly , when I pointed it out they were totally unhelpful and rude and told me to come and see the boss tomorrow rather than just putting it right . There were run marks all down the inside of windscreens where glass cleaner had been applied but not wiped off , still dirt all inside the car where hadn’t been hovered properly if at all . They were rude about me pointing out that they haven’t done their job properly or even wiped marks off that I had pointed out before they even started the clean , I was ripped off as a child could have done a better job. Do not take your performance car here or you will be sorry as it has now cost me dearly !!! Avoid Avoid Avoid !!!!

Went to see these lads for a wash and interior spruce up before returning to budget rental. Never judge a book by its cover these guys did an awesome job in twenty minsWe had been using the Merc for a month do carpets were pretty dirty. When We got back looked in showroom condition. Many thanks

Paid for a £22 car wash did not do as they stated. No double foam, did not use air to help dry the car. Last did not even use screen clean to the windows. Complete rubbish why can't they take a little pride in their job.
