All the internal ATMs have been removed, and the service stand where the greeter/assistant stood has been removed. Very open very bare. Saying that though, the service was still available and very good.

8 people in queue and one cashier open. Not sure why they got rid of all their cashier stations as there is always a queue in there these days as people don't seem to want to use self service.

After visiting some other banks in Crawley, I was really lucky to come across this Halifax Branch. Just only half minute speaking with the agent (don´t know his name...) I realized I was in the right place. I fixed everything in just only one day and I really appreciate because due to the COVID-19 and my personal situation I was in trouble. Thanks a lot. Always a long wait to be seen by a cashier, self service deposits machine's are almost out of action on monday mornings or at least one of them, Shouldn't the managers get there early enough on Mondays to organise everything after weekend

This branch of Halifax is really nice and friendly but yes It's a bank... you go there for financial transactions, drop your money in and take it out. I've had Halifax take care of my financial matters for some 10 plus years now. The staff are competent and pleasant and patient. All are truly good at what they do.On my recent visit there where no queues at all meaning they had enough staff to take care of the customers and all their issues which is not usual in all Halifax branches as some you need to wait in line for ages.I can honestly say it was a great experience here. Very clean branch also which is important after the covid 19 pandemic.

Shocking lack of customer care and support. The two male mortgage advisor's simply couldn't care less, they are either rude and abrupt or simply ignore you. They certainly aren't interested in providing any customer care or customer support. Haven't any understanding of customer needs and struggle to answer very basic questions relating to mortgages. My advice would be to go elsewhere, which is exactly what I have just done. There are plenty of other banks in Crawley that welcome and value your custom, all with mortgage advisor's that can answer basic questions!

Very poor customer service and supportWent for help with my phone banking, male guy who’s supposed to help me, he just sit me down on the phone with other lady to sort it. And he was running after other customer children’s. I was a bit confused, I were in the bank or in nursery.. metro bank is much better

Sent me a letter to contact them so that they would not make my account dormant, rang them to oblige by their request and they still made my account dormantJust thick bully boys who don’t care
