Verisure Alarms for Home & Business - Leicester

It’s been 10 days of wasted promises and calls to customer services to get the system uninstalled after multiple issues with the products, still no contact, they have 3 different addresses for us and a random 020 number that the local branch say they are calling and not our actual mobile numbers. Complete failure of their processes and systems, avoid!

I would have given no star if there was an option ...We have requested to uninstall alarm system 3 weeks ago, no update yet! Everytime we call customer service they say our manager will call you... same answer evertime..Poor Service, not recommended...

After the 3 years been with them was good my payments should come down, but service person come to my home. Installed a smoke alarm and SAID it was FREE and asked my wife to sign for the servcie then started charging us now we getting bullying tactics setting bailiffs onto us. Because the free smoke unite they gave us was not free. Canceled there service beware of there bad tactics

The truth about verisure alarms you will be visited by a sales rep they will offer you a price between 400/500 do not except this price they have 7 days to get you to except this price they are sales people they need to earn there commision after 7. Days you will be contacted bye there marketing team who will offer you the same equipment for a fraction of the costYou may be told that the alarm is connected to the guards and the police it is not it's connected to there armed reciveing center who will call the police on your behalfWhat ever the monthly cost is it mandatory will rise bye 9.90 after 6 months.You can cancel giving 90days notice but will be charged 99 to do so and part of the equipment will be removedAll this is true I no becuse I've sold many of these alarmsIf you still want to go with this company do not agree on your first appointment you will not get the same dealSimply safe offer the same alarm at a fraction of the cost for the monthly monitoring since I left the company many people have contacted me saying they had a alarm activation and no one came or contacted them all I can say is iam sorry to the customers who brought from me I didn't realise how bad this company is

Cannot get hold of manager or ANYBODY ELSE despite repeated calls - just awful service yet if you click callback for a quote they ring you immediately - disgusting service!

Always check the salesman. Do not let him rip you off! My salesman paid for my kit out his own pocket and put me on a private plan to pay his personal bank each month. It was Verisure who told me as my balance was clear I was like no I'm on a plan they where like no it's been paid for in cash. Still having teething problems got a tech coming Monday. If it's all sorted I will change review to five star as it's that rouge agent who let them down. If not sorted I will change review to zero and have the system removed

Had salesperson coming to survey our property and giving price for the alarms, the salesperson didn't know how to talk to the customer and was being so rude because we didn't take the product he even had the guts to say you waste my time".Very unprofessional and wouldn't recommend anyone to deal with this company when they have a salesman like that!!!"
