Went in with screw in my tyre. Although it was in the middle of the tyre it needed completely replacing which I was surprised at. They were monosyllabic and not in any way friendly. They seemed bored and not interested in their job. I won't be going back. Tried to sell me 3 tyres which I didn't go for as I had no confidence they weren't just selling to meet targets. Not good. They did the minimum and no more.

Had car MOT done and some work on front suspension. As a disabled driver I'm very reliant on my car and the staff went out of their way to help me and made sure the car was fixed in good time. Very polite and helpful staff and I'm very grateful to them. They really went above and beyond. Would highly recommend.

Very good service the work is done very fast and it is great work. The problem if they can fix it gets in a good and the work is excellent I had a problem underneath the car and got fixed very fast and it's good. Thanks for the help.

I had a screw in a tyre which was unrepairable. The staff fitted me in at short notice and had the job done within 2 hours. Ultra professional throughout the process.

Dropped my car off on Friday morning for a single tyre change (had to order the tyre I wanted in so waited an extra day which was okay - their prices are also ridiculously high). Then took all day to change the tyre so didn’t get the car back until Saturday at 5pm & one of the members of staff was very rude & refused to clean the residue they left on the wheel. Won’t be going back.

I was happy the work had been complete however I had opted for the break check and alignment check. The person I collected the car from couldn’t tell me anything about these checks other than ‘they must have been fine if nobody called you’ is what he quoted.There were also no checks to ensure the car was mine, when I collected I just stated I was there to collect the juke outside and he handed the keys over.The person I dropped the keys into for the appointment time stated that I would receive a call when the work had been completed which also never happened

This garage is amazing. I had 2 tyres slashed and was finding it very difficult to get to a garage to get sorted. The staff here were able to advise and massively support by lending us a jack to help get the tyres off, replacing the tyres one at a time so I could get them back to my car and then checking it all out when I was finally able to get the car to the garage. The customer service was phenomenal, the help and advice much needed and very appreciated. Thank you.
