Train With Liv
I’ve been training with Liv for almost 2 months and I can’t believe that she’s managed to convert me from a typical runner (mostly outside) to someone who can now lift weights- in the weights bay. I’ve gained so much confidence in the gym; Liv has built me up, shared her extensive knowledge and expertise and I am so grateful! I’m no longer dreading getting my wobbly arms out this summer. I can’t thank you enough!!

Liv is Fabbbbb!!! I’ve been training with liv for 4 months now and we have just began our second transformation program. The first gave me great results and I couldn’t be happier with my progress and the way I look at the moment. I feel stronger and more confident in myself than I ever have. She’s just a treasure!!

I have been training with Liv for 3 months now. I can honestly say that I really enjoy every session with her. She is so encouraging and knowledgeable. I have progressed so much and discovered that weight training is really important, particularly as you get older
