would definitely recommend this shop they are brilliant. took my sons phone in as it was not charging. they cleaned the charging port for me which solved the problem and didn’t even charge me. will definitely be back if we ever have problems with our phone. staff were really friendly and helpful also.

Fantastic customer service, lovely and friendly and super quick turnaround. Very good price to repair a smashed screen and had the item in stock so was dropped off, repaired and collected the same day (within hours). So pleased we found Fixtech and wouldn't want to go anywhere else. Thank you!Highly recommend

Just popped in on the off chance as my back camera had stopped working on my iPhone, I was dreading the price had had previously had problems fixed elsewhere which had cost me an arm and a leg. The guy in there was very friendly and offered to have a look, my phone was fixed with 5 mins, amazing service. I will be heading to this shop for all my technology problems in future. Highly recommend! Thank you !

Great little shop, tested my fire tablet bought a cable as they did not want payment from me which was refreshing, I remember the shop as Robert Y Knagg and Son from the advert at the cinema before they pulled it down on King Street
