Truck wash was spot on

Drove into my stationary vehicle whilst trying to overtake me on a roundabout. Didn’t even get out of his lorry to talk to me. When approached I say you drove into me? He just says my lorry is large. I was stationary and in front of you so having a large vehicle does not mean you can drive over people. Obviously doesn’t understand the rules of the road or the size of his vehicle. Patience is all that was needed. As a driver the 2 things needed.
