How the other reviewer can say this guy is rude is beyond me, he’s a really nice chap and I wouldn’t use any other company locally... He’s a top guy and really good at what he does.

Excellent service - as always! I now live in Hampshire but bring my boots and shoes back to Garry for repair whenever I travel back up to the Midlands. Really please with the quality of repair, whatever the item. Great for key cutting services too!

Key cut. While I waited. Bargain

Got my Honda key cut (Hon66 Style Blade) he told me he couldn't warrant his work due to being customer supplied key.(That's fair enough, i appreciate that)Key was cut, got wedged half way down the barrell, didn't work to which he said the key was too thick.I went to a local key cutters in Nottingham, looked at the key and told me the depth of the cut isn't deep enough and it actually tapers at the end, ie not cut the same depth all down the key..Ran his machine down it once on both sides, fit perfect in my Civic?So wasted 15 quid on a poor cut im afraid.

First class service and great value for money!Friendly staff who were able to completely replace the leather soles on two pairs of my work shoes within a very short period of time.I would definitely recommend these guys to my friends and family

Nice guy Gary runs the store. Good lad l, quick service. Accepts cards and cash. Plenty of parking available in the area.

Was super quick and efficient and was given a discount after getting a large quantity of keys cut. Go here instead of Timpsons!
