The Dog Box - Dog Grooming Exeter, Devon

We made initial contact with Anna via a telephone call to discuss our Irish Terrier's grooming requirements, which were quite complicated! Anna was very helpful, offering us a free consultation appointment the following day and was accommodating when we needed to re-arrange. During the consultation Anna listened to our concerns and her knowledge of grooming terrier coats gave us reassurance that our dog, Dougal, was in safe and experienced hands. Dougal was groomed yesterday and he looks fantastic, Anna has done a wonderful job and we are delighted with the results. He was with Anna for over 3 hours and had lots done, but was relaxed and calm when we collected him, having been well cared for during his visit. Anna also forwarded before and after photos, which was very thoughtful and much appreciated. We would highly recommend Anna, whose warmth and professionalism shines through; she also makes the well-being of your dog her top priority. Thank you Anna, we look forward to seeing you again in November!

Anna is great with our Cockerpoo. She took the time to get to know her slowly as a puppy and as first time owners of a poodle cross we have felt in the best of hands. Anna always explains everything and offers great advice to look after our dog’s coat, not to mention how lovely she smells after her groom! We highly recommend The Dog Box.

Anna is everything I could ask for in a dog groomer! She’s patient, cares about each dog and their needs and that really shines through her work.My young border terrier had a negative experience at her first grooming appointment and I wanted to find someone local that I could work with, to shape her mindset/experience at the groomers into a positive one.Anna did just that and I would 100% recommend her to anyone! She took the time, listened to everything I said and has such a nice calming space for the dogs at the salon.Thanks again Anna!!

I brought my puppy to Anna for his first groom at 12 weeks and was so impressed that she takes the time to have an introductory hello session before the first groom so that my puppy would know her and her parlour by then. She is so professional and patient with such a young and headstrong puppy (who is a Lhasa Apso with a lot of hair!) and we have been back to see her three times now. The cut he gets is exactly what I want and I feel completely at ease leaving him with Anna in her amazing workspace - although I usually stay and watch (when it's allowed this year!) and have a socially distanced natter with Anna. As you can see, I can't recommend her enough!
