We bought an Ooni pizza oven for the summer and decided to buy some ‘restaurant-quality’ ingredients (frozen pizza dough, pizza sauce and mozzarella cheese).It was certainly worth it and even cheaper buying in bulk vs supermarket prices.Unfortunately, there was a delay in delivery due to a routing error with DPD. The pizza dough had defrosted by the time it arrived.I contacted customer service and they offered to deliver a replacement which arrived next day. No fuss.Thanks In my opinion you can tell a lot about a supplier by their after sales service. I would highly recommend ADI Maria and look forward to buying from them again. 5 ⭐️

I have a pizza hobby and one of the main issue was to find a nice mozzarella. I used adimaria mainly for buying flour and some cut of meat and cheese. I never tried their mozzarella because honestly doesn't look appealing from the website... But I can say that it is absolutely amazing and honestly the price is same as the supermarket. I will now always buy from here in batches and freeze (because of the shipping cost). Amazing product.
