Regretted using this firm…After paying the £1800 deposit fee for a child student application which was handled by Nadeem who didn’t know what he was doing I was made to respond to the home office myself to provide documents that were already sent to the firm for the application clearly they didn’t upload all the documents needed for the application I had to do their work for them and still got charged 1800£ for application I could have easily done myself…I was ignored every time I rang to speak with them for weeks.Take your immigration matter else where not Alison law…BAD EXPERIENCETERRIBLE SERVICE.Olu.

Talat Jabeen was apparently the solicitor that was looking after my case along with the para legal Azka Habib. Both members appear to have had many years of experience however, unfortunately they were still not able to demonstrate basic levels of knowledge on my case. I had a terrible experience with this firm, I would defiantly not recommend. After they received their payment there was terrible communication throughout the process and the visa application had numerous mistakes that I had to keep on correcting continuously. Mistakes included incorrect address, confusing the sponsor with the applicant, incorrectly spelt names that don’t match the passport, incorrect family information and incorrect email on the application form.In addition to this, the solicitor, Talat Jabeen apparently approved off and the para legal, Azka Habib wrote conflicting information on the application form and documents which led to the visa getting refused. There was no communication between the staff members. I had to reiterate the same information continuously to different staff members and re send the same documents over and over again whilst correcting their mistakes. Due to the lack of care, I was given incorrect advice by their firm supervisor Nadeem Akhtar, who until recently I realised was not the solicitor that was looking after my case. The advice that he gave without actually considering and looking over my case was documented to be one of the refusal reasons for the visa application.Azka habib was the para legal that was dealing with my case and the standards of work she demonstrated was appalling. Throughout the whole application I struggled to speak to her on the phone as she was nearly always ‘on another call’ or ‘was in a meeting’, I would send her emails and only after repetitive emails and calls I would get a response. Azka was not even aware of the email address that she provided to home office as when I emailed her to chase up the response she thought she had given them my details. The visa was refused and if I had not chased it I would have not even know the response. When I was eventually able to get a response, Azka emailed me saying ‘ unfortunately the visa was rejected’ with the home office attachment. There was no information on what to do next or anything to suggest that they actually cared.I paid to have my application submitted within 7 days however it took them nearly 3 weeks. I would call and chase up my case with no luck however once I sent complain emails CC’ing different members and stating that in my contract it clearly stated that we had agreed on a 7 day I was able to get a response.Despite paying to have my case looked over and check by a solicitor, I do not think Talat actually looked over this case or the documents submitted as I would be surprised if a qualified solicitor would not spot the mistakes on the application that I and the home office spotted. The visa was rejected over exactly the same reason when I had submitted the application myself the first time in addition to 2 over points that were due to mistakes they had done on the application.

AVOID - SCAMI am willing to remove this review should I receive my refund, proving they aren't scamming us. My wife (Ashley) attempted to use these solicitors for her UK visa application. As it was a rush, they (Shelly) quoted us a (huge) fee of £2500, with the provision that they would rush the application through within 48 hours. As we contacted them on Saturday (December 9th), they promised to start our application on Monday, and have a draft of the application completed by Tuesday evening. We paid the fee, and on Monday received a call (not from our case worker, Azkah Habib, but from a person named Iram Zafar), and we were sent a questionnaire to fill in. We filled in the questionnaire, then received no more communication. We called on Tuesday for an update, and were told our case worker was unavailable, but would be left a message. On Wednesday, past the promised deadline of when our application would be sent off and completed, we called again, at 9:40am, and were told to call back in an hour, as again, our caseworker was unavailable. We called back again at 11:17am and were told once again, they were unavailable. At 2:25pm we called again, and once again, were told our caseworker was unavailable. We called again at 4:30pm, and this time they hung up on us 3 times, until we called back from another number. On Thursday, we finally received an email asking for documents urgently (these should have already been sent on Tuesday as per the rush fees). We left work, and sent the documents over within the hour. We then heard nothing back from them until we called again later in the day, at which point they promised the draft application would be completed by the end of the work day. When we called again, we were told by a man named Riz Ahmed, that our draft had been sent. We checked our emails (including our junk folder), and surprise surprise, nothing. He said he would get in touch with our case worker and call us back before end of business. This never happened. On Friday the 15th (today), we called around 9:40am, and once again, we were told by Riz that the draft was sent last night, another lie. When we told them that it wasn't, we told him that if it wasn't done by 6pm, that we would do the application ourselves (which we now have done). He promised that by 6pm we would have our draft. We called back at 5pm for an update, and Riz then promised we would have the draft by 7pm. To no surprise, this did not happen, and as of 8:28pm we have heard nothing from these solicitors". Our application is now complete (by ourselves)

Extremely bad services,no updates.I contacted them for my son’s administrative review in April paid 1800£ and I was told that they usually get response from home office in less than 6 months,I called several times for updates no response.Nadeem Akhtar and Raisah were handling my case. They are just after people had earned money and don’t care about their clients.AVOID THIS LAW FIRM

Go somewhere else for immigration services.I’ve been working on a Fiancé visa for months now, and Riz, our salesperson, was friendly and talked a good game, but this place doesn’t keep their promises. Their 7 day service does not happen, not by a long shot. Significant issues were overlooked—they had information about my spouses employment for months, and right as we were about to submit, asked us to switch to savings as a route to meet the financial requirements which required doubling the paperwork on our end.I have called in many times, waiting the requested 48 hours for responses to inquiries, and making appointments with Hussain and Ikris in reception to speak with my caseworker Azka, my solicitor Iram, another caseworker Nadeem, Saira on the applications team, or even Riz who made the initial promises, have received only emails back with minimal explanations or apologies if any for delays and oversights, and haven’t gotten a promised call back for weeks. Please save yourself time, heartache, and potential rescheduling of life events due to the oversights of professionals you paid money to hopefully facilitate a joyful reunion and wedding. Go with a different service.

I used these solicitors when applying for a spouse visa. Riz and his colleagues were helpful and quick to respond to any queries I had. The application was completed within 7 days. My husband successfully got his visa.

Bad. I went with a solicitor because I thought it would easier for the visa. Bad communication. I had to call head office to make a complaint before I got corespondence. They sent me a draft of the visa application there were so many mistakes. I ended up being more stressed with them than had I done it myself. In the end the visa was rejected. That was in December. Still not corresponded to ask how it went. Quick to take money. Avoid if you want a stress free visa application. Azka bad communication bahdshah bad communication. You’ve been warned. I would give it minus star if I could

Instructed these solicitors to assist with a standard visit visa application. The sales person Shelly Karim really persuaded us to go through with this firm offering great service at a reasonable price. My husband did say don't trust her, but I thought what could go wrong? The solicitor Azka in Manchester didn't have much contact with us, she was late to our telephone consultation and couldn't give us advice on increasing our chances of success. I should have noticed their lack of diligence from this inital appointment, but I realised too late. The people that collate the supporting documents aren't even qualified. A person called Bhadshah submitted our documents. A couple of months later we received a refusal on the visa because the solicitor didn't fully check whether all our documents were complete and pertinent to the case. All I needed to do was add a few more bank statements but Azka hasn't got the experience to have noticed this. Such a silly mistake that has costed us a lot of time and money. Our mum can't be with us on our son's christening ceremony now. I would not recommend this firm at all, highly inexperienced immigration lawyers who are just waiting for their fees. If you speak with the sales lady Shelly Karim just hang up the phone. I'm sticking to professional lawyers who know what they're doing- Vladimir Mikeljevic at Levi Solicitors.

Personal view I would not recommend this company based on my personal experience for visa immigration. Next to no provision of intellectual capital which I believe would be expected of a specialist firm. I filled in the application’s with next to zero critique of my answers. Very poor response in timeliness to e mails or phone calls. After deciding to solicit alternative legal advice I was advised that the filing by Alison would have had little chance of success under the family reunification route from within the uk. All Alison informed me was that the application and approval would be discretionary at no stage did they attempt to advise any likelihood of success. They accepted the fee and did little to justify the 1200.00 gbp expenditure. Be careful with this company
