Typical Premier Inn. Convenient for Prestwick Airport but would be improved by a shuttle to the airport as a little too far for easy walk and taxis not cheap.The attached Brewers Fayre restaurant is variable". Sometimes okay

Premier inns have a design fault, leave the bathroom door open when having a shower causes the fire alarm to go off. I did not enjoy being woken up at 5am. Otherwise basic, but perfectly acceptable.

There were no signage on the main road to the hotel. I drove passed the hotel entrance and got stuck in a country lane with a trailer. Not happy. The receptionist was more interested in his phone than giving good customer service. Website had pay issues so had to pay onsite and got charged £9 more for that pleasure. Bathroom needs deep cleaning, but due to the lack of customer service at the front deck I decided just to take photos and will complain in written once home. I have stayed in hotels all over the world and this is one I will not be returning too.

Room was a bit worse for wear, been in far nicer premier inn's. Location was ideal and staff were nice, and the food was great

The room was good, had a small problem with the room temperature 1 night but sorted it quickly enough. Staff were all very friendly and an excellent location for us visiting family.

one of the older premier inns, we got a room that was maybe about 10 years old, but it was just the same standard and it was a very nice room. myself and my family all got a good night's sleep, and the food at brewers fayre was lovely. troon is a really nice town to visit and there are some great restaurants there, and you can have a seafront walk. would reccomend.

Car park was full, so they blocked off the entrance and were waving everyone away. The entrance comes off of a dual carriageway, so you have no chance to ask any questions unless you are mental and come to a stop in the road. Only one entrance, so there's no access at all if they decide to block access and nowhere to park nearby.Tried calling the reception number, but no one bothers to answer. Had to organise another hotel elsewhere after failing to get through to their customer service number.
