Niel has been really helpful on two occasions when our boiler has leaked. He has turned up promptly, worked hard and been very clear in communicating the problem and what needs to be done. And then sorting it! We are delighted to call him 'our plumber' and to recommend him to others.

We needed our boiler serviced last year and I couldn't get hold of the person who had installed our Worcester Bosch boiler the previous year. I contacted Niel as I had seen his contact number on his van as he lives near me. He was very helpful and efficient and in addition to the service he replaced the collar on the boiler which had been installed incorrectly. We have recommened him to a work colleague who was very pleased with Niel's work in replacing his boiler and we have used Niel once again this year to service our boiler. He is very pleasant and trustworthy. If you are looking for a heating engineer this is your man.

I recently had an emergency situation requiring a short-notice boiler replacement. These guys did an excellent job, communicating well throughout the few days I was dealing with them, and I felt they really pulled the stops out to help me. Their attitude was professional, Niel was very knowledgeable and patient in explaining the issues I'd had and in recommending a replacement appliance, and they were very timely. I would highly recommend them and will be happy to have them continue to look after my boiler.

Niel was recommended by a neighbour. We're based in Basingstoke but that was fine. Niel came around promptly and provided a comprehensive and very competitive quote (the same day). Our job involved installing a replacement boiler and moving it from our utility room to garage and also sourcing and installing a very narrow radiator. Having agreed a date for installation, Niel (& Jake) arrived on time and performed the installation within a day. The [large] hole where the original non-condensing boiler flue had been was bricked up and the inside plastered. Little mess was made and everything was tidied up afterwards. This was an excellent experience from Quote through to installation and I have no hesitation in recommending Niel and UK Heating Systems to others.

Niel gave a very professional and courteous service. When I called him to ask for a quote he came across very knowledgeable and gave me a quote and the job was booked. Niel was very prompt for the job and got the job done very quickly and safely. He also explained everything he was doing so I understood everything, including what the safety devices do. I have been left feeling extremely confident in the work that has been done.If I need a gas engineer in the future I will not call anyone else.

We are so relieved to have found a tradesman who is honest, fairly priced and a problem-solving hard worker! Niel installed a new boiler for us recently, he spent the entire day working from start to finish, solving problems all along the way, he even helped us out with two separate little issues that he really didn't have to do - he's just a really good guy. Niel was recommended to us by our neighbours and he lived up to their high praise. His customer service is excellent as he didn't know us at all when we rang, yet he gave us loads of advice over the phone before he knew we were going to book him for the work. All in all, we're incredibly happy with UK Heating Systems!

Neil provided a very competitve quote and explained everything in detail, The installations finished in two days as promised. we had a leak after two days from the old pipe and called Neil late night to report the issue. he came first thing in the morning before going to a job and fixed the issue. He also kept in touch to to check on how the boiler is working..a highly professional customer service atitude. I highly reommend UK heating systems to anyone.

He genuinely cares ! Even gave me advice over the telephone when I had no hot water and he talked me through something to try which might fix the problem - and it did. Niel came and quoted for converting an ancient heating/hotwater system to a modern combi boiler in an old farmhouse. I was very happy with his quote but quickly after starting work it became clear that the job was more complicated than envisaged. Niel was eager and quick to find solutions to all the problems, worked tirelessly and efficiently and, even though the job lasted far longer than originally envisaged, he didn't charge extra. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Niel to anyone and am very reassured that he was in charge of the installation.

After being told my boiler was too old and the part it needed was discontinued, I was in a quandary as to how I was going to find £2000 from to replace it. I found Niel from UK Heating Systems Ltd. He was most passionate about his boilers and told me that most boilers were repairable.
