Excellent classes for children - my daughter loves going. Dena is a fantastic coach. My daughter has grown in confidence, learning new techniques and skills. Highly recommend!

Very safe place for kids to learn BJJ. My 8 year old son loves this class and looks forward to going there every week. A teacher is very kind and fair. Kids can have so much fun when they learn jujitsu, it's ideal!

Great Bjj classes with excellent bjj classes for children, my daughter loves going and Coach Dena is great with the children. Dena makes the classes fun for the children as they train and learn bjj skills and techniques. Highly recommend!

Dena is great at coaching kids, can keep it fun for them but they also learn good BJJ. Also enjoy the group dancing at the end! Would recommend her to any parents!

Awesome club, awesome people and awesome coach. Still a new and growing club but already has a great atmosphere.

Great gym, love training here. Dena has a wealth of knowledge and teaches with precision. The adult class has grown organically since July 2022 and hopefully will continue to do so.This is not a 'hard knocks' gym where people are out to tap you at any cost. Everyone is respectful of each other and loves the sport.Also I like how you only pay for jujitsu, not tied into paying higher monthly costs because of other classes you don't want to attend included in the price.

Came here for a roll while I was on holiday and only have good things to say. Dena is a great instructor and I had a blast learning from her and rolling with the rest of the class. Will definitely be back if I’m in North Wales again. Oss!

Absolutely amazing Gym, I love training here.Dena is incredibly knowledgeable and gets technique across incredibly well. even after 3 weeks I feel my positioning whilst training is better. even when demonstrating on a big lump like me, Dena proves each and every time her technique is spot on, The Adult class has only just started but the crew we have already is a good one.Would highly recommend to anyone who wants to get into the involuntary yoga that is BJJ.Although my son hasn't started in the Junior classes yet i have seen how Dena teaches these classes and she is second to no one, you can see the kids are engaged with Dena and really do listen and enjoy.

My four year old twin boys have grown in confidence after just two lessons , can not praise coach Dena enough, she put them at ease straight away , Dena is fantastic with them , can highly recommend this class to anybody
