I 'lost a wheel' in hold luggage from a suitcase I had recently purchased. I received exceptional customer service. They called me back when promised and supplied a replacement wheel free of charge.

Having previously purchased organiser bags from this store for everyday use, which have lasted about 12 months, I last purchased one about a month ago. As I have never previously had a problem with any bag I have purchased I did not keep the receipt. The handle on this bag however has completely disintegrated and the leather around the one handle has split. I went back to the shop today and was appalled at the attitude of the shopkeeper there. She told me she would do nothing without the receipt and it wasn't her fault I didn't keep it. This was only a 2 piece of till roll in any case. Having been in retail myself
