Great food great prices. Only problem is the burger and chips come on a piece of wood as opposed to a plate . Went everywere. Will deffo go back

My wife had visited the Moss Bank on 4 occasions before, all 5 star ratings. This was my first time and definitely not my last.The food was of generous proportions, very hot and delicious from start to finish.The staff were very helpful & polite.I will definitely be visiting again and passing my recommendations on to my friends.Thank you for a very enjoyable experience.

Lovely place, staff great, food let it down massively.. starters were good but mains weren't great. The pie was microwaved and then all filling dumped on top so you didn't notice, glupy mess.. chips where anaemic and soft, apart from a couple of rock overcooked ones, veg was either moosh or hard and taste reminded me of hospital food.. mash potato was tepid warm.on a positive absolutely amazing for sport tvs everywhere.. and staff where nice and friendly, just chef let the side down massively with the mains (sat 27/05/23 7.50pm)

2nd time of visiting this pub when visiting family. We are from Sheffield an this pub rates in my top 5 of places to eat.The food is delicious and portion sizes are huge.Hoping that on our 3rd visit we can taste the pie which has been sold out each time before.We have tried the braised steak with veg and choice of potatoes, the burger and also the scampi. All have been beautiful.The place is clean an modern with 4 large TV screens available to watch sports on.Each time we have been we have booked a table which is recommended as the place is always busy.Looking forward to our next trip and visit soon.
