Would give less then 1 if u could. Tell Dr's. Haven't been able to get an appointment in the last 13 years. All that National insurance for nothing

This is Worse Gp I have ever seen every time I call them they are saying they don’t have an appointment even if I called them at 8am in the morning they have not good staff also domes are very rudely so I would give them 0 rate.

Worst experience ever there never helpful, I’ve been requesting for sick note for so many days they kept telling me you will need to first self certified yourself which i did then they gave me appointment over the phone after three days now I don’t know what I say to my work place, please anyone trying to sign up at this GP please don’t do it, I regret it a lot now I have to look for a new GP. Don’t recommend at all, they don’t care about their patients.

Worst surgery you don't get any dr appointment for weeks keep phoning surgery at 8am at 8.10 all appointment are fully booked even getting in touch with 111 and they say we have send the mesg to surgery n they have got appointments and when u phone surgery they will say we don't have any appointments available I should give the zero

Worst service ever. Whenever I tried to call them its busy if by chance call connect to them they said we are fully booked we can't give any appointment. Then why every month we are paying for National insurance. Its waste of money. They never take patients seriously. I told them i have severe pain in my stomach they said call emergency and i called them and they didn't give any appointment to check. What is this?

I would probably give no star, if there is option for it.I am trying to get Dr appointment from past 12 days , i tried to call at 8am and sometime i m third in line but they say they have fully booked for the day. so i had to call 111 and they send me in walking but my issue was not resolved so i called 111 again and this time they send me At A&E Royal hospital. After been there they suggested having sometime to give some break to my eyes as i have pterygium - so i called Dr next day as RHL told me they will send report to GP and GP will give me Sick note , now from last 3 days i am trying to get appointment from the DR so they can certified the Sick Note but i am unable to get the appointment . I am now self certifying my self but after 4 days i will need the Sick note or need to go to work. if i don't go to work and say i am not well without sick note i might loose my Job ,,, !! that's NHS for us.Also my surgery is closed since the Flood we had June 2023 , so the letter my optician send to GP they never received it. I had to go to GP - on their new location at Marylin VAz walking to drop the letter off. After three days they still didn't have the letter. all of these events have added up more stress on me and now i am more stressed than the pain in my eyes itself ! Brilliant Job ELMP for making sick people more WORSE .

Worst practice, try calling from 8:00 and it keeps saying user busy, and when you do get through there’s no more appointments left. Would give 0 stars if possible

On comparing to other surgeries in and around this area, this is by far the best. The receptionist is so helpful and goes above and beyond to help where possible. Very polite and professional. The treatment and advice I have received has been satisfactory from the doctors. I can only give a positive review based on my experiences.

A failure .. this surgery is a complete failure. I have been trying to book an appointment with a doctor for 2.5 months. It’s non urgent on the medical side but now causing a mental health issue. Where’s the duty of care ??? Standard response call at 8am, so I call each day and the line doesn’t connect .. ‘the calller is on another line’. 21 mins later get through and no appts? Got told yesterday that they have appts but been told not to book them as they are needed for the next morning. Called in the morning and got told they were only given a ‘few appts’.. how do they think that will service their patients?? Appalling.. the staff don’t even know their complaints process or who the manager is ?? Got told to put in a suggestion.. here’s one- sort your surgery booking system out !! You are failing the NHS !! Expecting a call back from the practice manager by Monday .. let’s see if that happens !

Unfortunately I cannot give this surgery a 0 rating. You can never get appointments even if you call in at 8am you are 32nd in the queue. The procedure is to request an appointment online and then the reception desk can make an appointment available but you cannot call the reception desk directly for them to make an appointment available in the future. Does not make sense, the surgery is a shambles.Oh and I wanted a lactose intolerance test and the GP asked why and when I said I get stomach pains when I drink milk so the GP advised not to have milk if I get pains and that the test won’t help me so the GP will not offer this.Previously called for hyperpigmentation on my arms and instead of any other creams the GP told me to cover with makeup.Very unhelpful. Needs new management and better appointment management.
